The products for sale are cosmetics formulated by the D-Stillate line. Each product is described in its respective card with indication of ingredients and price inclusive of VAT. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
All prices shown are in Euros (€) and inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are indicated separately during the purchase process. Shipping is free for orders over €50.00.
The order constitutes a binding purchase proposal for the customer. Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. The order is considered completed upon receipt of confirmation.
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfer and cash on delivery. For credit card payments, we use the secure Stripe service with 3D Secure protocol.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary from 3 to 5 business days for Italy. For more details, please see the Shipping and Returns page.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to state a reason, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). The product must be returned intact and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
All products are guaranteed as provided by law. In the event of a defective product, the customer may request its replacement or refund by contacting customer service.
These conditions are governed by Italian law. The Court of Naples has jurisdiction over any disputes.
